Compliance Alert:
California Senate Bill 1343 requires California employers with five (5) or more employees to provide, at a minimum, a one-hour sexual harassment prevention training to employees and a minimum of two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to supervisory employees. The new law became effective on January 1, 2019.
California Senate Bill 778 requires the following:
• California employers must complete the training of all employees and supervisors before January 1, 2021, and every two years after that.
• Train new employees within 6 months of being hired.
• If you trained your employees in 2019, you do not need to provide the training again for 2 years, and then every 2 years after that.

Employee Course – Duration 1 Hour                                 $25  Now $17.95

Our Sexual Harassment Training Course for employees takes one hour to complete.  The course consists of two, 30 minute modules.  Each module has real-life examples,  provides information and guidance regarding the federal and state law concerning the prevention of sexual harassment, as well as protections provided to employees.  At the end of each module the employee must pass an assessment, upon completion of module 2 the employee will be able to access and print their certificate.

Our Sexual Harassment Training Course for supervisors takes two hours to complete.  The course consists of four, 30 minute modules.  Each module has real-life examples,  provides information and guidance regarding the federal and state law concerning the prevention of sexual harassment, as well as protections provided to employees.

Our course educates supervisors on how to prevent discrimination, harassment,  retaliation, and how to avoid a complaint.

At the end of each module the supervisor must pass an assessment, upon completion of module 4 the supervisor will be able to access and print their certificate.Interactive Content

Progress is Bookmarked

The day to day business needs can make it difficult for employee to pull away from time sensitive tasks to take a one or two hour course in one sitting.  That is why we have added an automatic bookmark feature to our program.  This allows employees the ability to take the course at their own pace.  If an employee needs to stop the course, their progress is automatically bookmarked, allowing them to continue where they left-off, next time they access the course.

Quizzes and Assessments

To assist employees in retaining the course content, we have inserted random quizzes that consist of two or three questions. Should an employee fail a quiz or assessment, they may retake the quiz or assessment as many times as needed until they pass. Employees must receive a passing score of 100% for quizzes and 80% for module assessments.

As an essential part of our learning program, we share the answers with the employees after they have taken a quiz or assessment.

Course Completion Certificate

Upon completing the course content and passing the final assessment, each employee is able to access and print their certificate.  Their certificate will be available to them in their course portal for two years, should they need it.

As part of our service, we allow employees to access their user portal for two years.  This includes all course content, quizzes, assessments, and the ability to print or download their certificate of completion.

Add Employees One-by-One or Bulk Import

Our training platform is designed to save you time by allowing you to bulk import your employees by using our simple template.  When you bulk import your employees, they will immediately receive an email with their course login information, and course instructions.  You may also add employees individually.

Monitor Employee Activity

As a Group Leader, you have the ability to print or view online, a variety of reports that show the course progress of your employees.  View course start and completion dates for each employee, access employee certificates, identify employees that have not started the course or have made some progress.  All of our reports can be exported in an excel file, and provided to an auditor, if needed.

Access to All Employee Certificates

Group Leaders have access to all employee’s certificates of completion of the sexual harassment prevention courses.  These certificates can be printed for personnel files or employment records.

Case Law

One of the key components of Sexual Harassment Training is for an employee to get a brief overview of the landmark cases that created the foundation for many of the protections offered to employees under both federal and state law.  Our course provides easy to understand summaries and the impact of these landmark cases.
